Shipping & Production Time

We offer express shipping on all UK orders.

As all of our robes are made to order, please allow 2-3 weeks for production before your order is dispatched.

Once your robe has been carefully crafted, it will be beautifully packaged and sent on its way to you.
Care

Dry Clean Recommended: For best results, have your robe professionally dry cleaned by a specialist in delicate bridal garments.

Do Not Machine Wash or Tumble Dry: Tulle is delicate and can easily lose its shape or snag in the machine.

Spot Clean Gently: Use cold water and a mild detergent to carefully dab any small marks. Avoid rubbing.

Steam to Fluff & Remove Wrinkles: Use a handheld steamer on low heat, keeping a safe distance from the fabric. Never iron.

Store with Care: Hang on a padded or wide hanger and keep in a breathable garment bag to preserve shape and volume.

Each robe is handcrafted to order with exceptional care and precision. After purchase, our team will contact you within 24 hours to collect your measurements. Your piece will then be custom-made by our atelier, with a lead time of 2–3 weeks. Every robe undergoes thorough quality checks before being beautifully packaged and shipped to you.

Shipping Policy

UK orders ship via Royal Mail Next Day Delivery, with free postage and packaging included.

As all of our robes are made to order and not held in stock, orders are dispatched following production (approx. 2-3 weeks) and final quality checks.

International shipping is available at checkout - duties and taxes may apply based on your location.

Returns & Exchanges

As all of our robes are made to order, we do not currently offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Each piece is carefully handcrafted to order and goes through a thorough quality check before dispatch. We are therefore unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your item is faulty.
