Each robe is handcrafted to order with exceptional care and precision. After purchase, our team will contact you within 24 hours to collect your measurements. Your piece will then be custom-made by our atelier, with a lead time of 2–3 weeks. Every robe undergoes thorough quality checks before being beautifully packaged and shipped to you.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We accept returns on eligible ready-to-ship items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Please note: Custom order robes, limited editions, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose.

All shipping fees will be calculated and added at checkout once you enter your delivery address.

How should I care for my robe?

To preserve the beauty and longevity of your robe, we recommend following the specific care instructions provided for each garment. Our robes are made from delicate, high-quality fabrics that deserve thoughtful handling.

Each piece is carefully checked and gently steam-ironed before dispatch. As with all fine garments, some soft creasing may occur during transit — a light steam upon unboxing will restore its flawless drape.

To protect the fabric, we suggest avoiding abrasive surfaces and being mindful of jewellery or accessories that may snag. When not in use, store your robe in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain its colour and condition.
