Returns & Exchanges
As all of our robes are made to order, we do not currently offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Each piece is individually handcrafted to order in line with our standard size guide and undergoes a thorough quality check before dispatch.
We are therefore only able to offer a return or replacement in the rare event of a genuine manufacturing fault.
If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please contact our Customer Care team at velvetvowuk@outlook.com as soon as possible so we can assist you.
Custom Order Garments
Our custom order robes are individually created and typically require a production time of 2-3 weeks.
As each piece is handcrafted specifically for you, these items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless a genuine manufacturing fault is found (as outlined above).
Final Notes
We take immense pride in the craftsmanship and care behind every robe we create. All garments are carefully quality checked prior to dispatch.
