Your piece will then be custom-made by our atelier, with a lead time of 2–3 weeks. Every robe undergoes thorough quality checks before being beautifully packaged and shipped to you.

UK orders ship via Royal Mail Next Day Delivery, with free postage and packaging included.
As all of our robes are made to order and not held in stock, orders are dispatched following production (approx. 2-3 weeks) and final quality checks.
International shipping is available at checkout - duties and taxes may apply based on your location.

As all of our robes are made to order, we do not currently offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Each piece is carefully handcrafted to order and goes through a thorough quality check before dispatch. We are therefore unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your item is faulty.
