Custom Order Process

Each of our bridal robes is thoughtfully handcrafted with exceptional care and attention to detail. To ensure a beautifully tailored fit, please review the steps below outlining our custom and made-to-order process:


1. Placing Your Order

To begin, select your preferred size (XS–XL) using our size guide, or opt for the "Custom Order" option directly on the product page. Once selected, simply add your item to the basket and proceed to checkout.

If purchasing multiple pieces, we kindly ask that you place them all within one single order—this helps us coordinate your garments and streamline production. Please note that items ordered separately may not be produced or shipped together.


2. Measurement Collection

After your order has been received, a member of our team will reach out via email within 24 hours to request your full set of measurements.

For the most accurate results, we recommend enlisting the help of a friend, family member, or partner when taking your measurements.


3. Review & Approval

Once your measurements have been submitted, our team will carefully review them to ensure everything is in order. You may be contacted for clarification or adjustments if necessary.

Upon approval, your order will move forward into the production stage.


4. Production Planning

Our experienced atelier team will then begin crafting custom pattern panels tailored precisely to your measurements. Your robe will be planned and queued for creation as part of our made-to-order workflow.


5. Lead Time

Custom and made-to-measure garments require approximately 2–3 weeks for production. This may vary slightly depending on order volume and design complexity.


6. Quality Assurance

Once your robe has been completed, it will undergo a thorough quality check by our production team to ensure it meets our standards of excellence.


7. Final Inspection at Velvet Vow

When your order arrives at Velvet Vow, we carry out a final inspection to confirm that every detail is perfect before packaging.


8. Packaging & Dispatch

Your robe will be carefully wrapped and presented in our signature branded packaging. A dispatch confirmation email, along with tracking details, will be sent to you as soon as your order is on its way.
