Order Processing
All of our robes are currently made to order and are not held in stock. Please allow 2-3 weeks for production before dispatch.
Once your order has been carefully crafted, it will undergo a thorough quality check before being beautifully packaged and prepared for shipment.
When your order has been dispatched and collected by the courier, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your shipping and tracking details.
Postage & Packaging
UK orders are sent via Royal Mail using a next working day delivery service. We are pleased to offer complimentary postage and packaging on all UK orders.
International Orders (EU and Worldwide)
Shipping charges for international deliveries are calculated at checkout. Please note that orders shipped outside of the UK - including to EU member states - may incur customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees. These costs vary depending on the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. For more information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
